Built From Real-World Experience
This company was founded by me, (Eric Sicilia) built on decades of hands-on experience in industries where communication, timing, and coordination matter every day.
I have spent the last 8 years as a Chief Custodian, supported by an additional 20 years of custodial experience, working in environments where missed messages, delayed responses, or unclear information directly impacted operations. On top of that, I worked across multiple service-industry fields—including construction, plumbing, electrical, and automotive—where efficiency and communication aren’t optional, they’re essential.
Across every role, one problem kept showing up again and again:
